About the Artist

Hi, I am Lori A. Coleman, originally from Waterloo, NY, but I now call Fairport, NY my home. I am a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), with a BFA degree in Visual Media and a Certificate in Business Management.

I love honest photography, clean design, wine, dogs, biking, traveling, enjoying nature and meeting new people. I have a wonderful husband, John, and the best dog in the world, Molley.

My specialty is on-location image making for weddings, lifestyle portraits and events.

About the Business

Light+Ink was founded by Lori A. (Duprey) Coleman with the goal of being your local, reliable source for visual creativity in all areas of photography and graphic design. With our knowledge of digital workflows, and an understanding of how photography, graphic design and printing work together, we can create a visual product that is optimized for your output, whether it is in print or on the web. L+I is proud to serve upstate New York, including Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo and the Finger Lakes. National and international travel is also available to suit the needs of our clients.

Light+Ink Staff

Lori A. Coleman: Owner/Photographer/Designer
I’m the one answering the phone and emails, and will work directly with you on your project.

John Coleman: Personal Chef, Occasional Assistant and Molley handler
My husband is all about the behind the scenes support. He works full time, but will cook dinner and play with Molley when I need to focus.

Molley Coleman: Chief Greeter
Molley is our setter/spaniel mix in charge of “break time”. She will want to say hello when you come to visit, and if you let her, she will gladly lick your hand.

Sara Tiberio: Intern
Sara is a Junior at RIT learning the business side of things in addition to assisting on some photo shoots.
