I would like to introduce you to the star of the show, Stella! She is four months old, just learned how to roll over, and is cuter than a button. I had the pleasure of recording her baptism, and then a few days later we met up again at her “crib” (sorry couldn’t resist) to make these portraits.
When I was asked to shoot this maternity session, I was a little nervous at first. I had never shot one before, and I didn’t have a studio, which is where they are usually photographed. It was the first time all 34 of the Robinson’s had gathered together in one place, and I was invited to the party! The original plan was to make the family portraits outdoors, but a steady flow of rain that day kept us inside.
